About Me

I’ve been there, burned out and disconnected and I know it doesn’t have to be this way.  You don’t need to feel tired, wired, and overwhelmed, you don’t need to keep putting yourself last. I know what it is like to be hijacked by my own body and I know what it's like to come back into a healthy relationship with it; to find the inner voice of my body and follow it.   I know the power a regulated nervous system can have on my health, my relationships, and my ability to work and take up space.

I’ve seen first hand the healing power of connecting to nature, to rest in the support of the Earth and to find my deepest calling; to help other women find their healing path forward so they can cast off the outside voices and be who they came here to be.

For the past 2 decades I’ve worked as a licensed Massage and CranioSacral Therapist, I’ve helped countless women in their healing of anxiety, chronic symptoms, overwhelm, and childhood relational trauma. I’ve helped them find their quiet voice inside and learn to listen to it.

My advanced training in Energy Healing and SomatoEmotional Release, Inner Relationship Focusing, and Polyvagal theory means that I am a nervous system specialist with a capacity for deep listening.

For the past 25 years I’ve walked the path of Earth Based spirituality training as a priestess and ritualist.  I have sat in sacred circles with women exploring feminine psychology and archetypes.

Truth be told, my toughest inner work has been being a Mom to 2 boys and 5 pets.

I do this work because I never want to see another woman putting herself last for the sake of others, I never want to see a woman putting off her healing until all the other ducks are in a row.  I never want to see a woman abandon or forgo her own desires and goals for what she thinks others want for her.

  • I believe that our bodies carry all the answers we are seeking but we need to learn how to listen for them.

  • I believe deeply in the power of nature and ritual to heal trauma.

  • I believe healing is always possible.

  • And I believe that the path of healing lies in walking into the labyrinth of darkness and bringing the shadows out into the light.

I love helping women walk this path, feeling at home in their bodies, and finding the resources they need to live the life they want.

Here are a few fun things about me:

I will watch anything created for Masterpiece Theater, especially a mystery.

I’ve always lived by the ocean and can’t imagine living anywhere else but I feel most at home in the woods. In fact, I spend an hour there every morning in all seasons, in all weather.  I’m a WoodsPriestess at heart.

I love gardens; wild colorful gardens and bountiful vegetable gardens but I am a reluctant gardener.  And due to some of the symptoms I am still healing myself I don't tolerate the heat so my deck boxes and wild garden are the most I can manage these days.
