You are tired of the struggle, and you want to stop going around in circles. You want to say yes to yourself for a change.  You wish you had someone to talk to who really listens, doesn’t judge you, and knows how to help.

A little bit about me

I am an anxiety-prone, witchy mom, and somatic therapist .  I do this work because I believe we already have the answers we are seeking; we just need to learn how to listen for them.  

 

I offer one-on-one somatically-based guidance to help stressed out and anxious women calm their nervous systems, so they can get in touch with their deep body wisdom, trust their inner truth, and connect to all that they are. 

 

I have a special place in my heart for highly sensitive and empathic women, for women who breathe more deeply when they get outside with their feet on the bare Earth, and for moms of children with chronic illness.
